I have high triglycerides(350). I am 41 years old woman, I want to know the diet to follow to reduce cholesterol.

Hi Including high fiber foods in your diet. Shift to omga3 oils . Drink 3 lts of water everyday . Add veggies in diet . Stop non veg. Walk for 45mins everyday.
