Low chloride problem

My chloride level is 83 is there any problem I am attaching my my reports here I am having slight imbalance and dizziness problem from past 6 weeks

Slightly reduced chloride levels nothing to worry about. Sodium and potassium is more important and they are normal so please relax

Hello Plz don't get panicked. Our body's Electrolyte balance is needed to function adequately, but this is marginaly reduced chloride ion. So just relax. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and do regular exercise. This level of chloride is not a problem for you.
