Low cd4/cd8 count

Hello, I am a sarcoidosis patient which was diagnosed in 2019 and I am currently on methotrexate, hcqs and wysolone. So what could be the reason for low count. I have attached the reports for reference.

Could be because of methotrexate and your treatment for sarcoidosis. Kindly verify with your Physician. Do a Hiv profile incase to ruleout
