Low bp in pregnancy and fatigue

Please doctors my senior sister developed low bp in her pregnancy though she don't have it before it just started immediately she got pregnant this is her 4th pregnancy and it has never happened before and she complain of tiredness doctor didn't place her on any medication only told her to take lots of water and have plenty rest please doctors is there any other help I can get or any life style changes thanks in advance

How much was the BP? There is nothing like low BP She has been correctly advised by the doctor to have plenty of fluids
