I would advise you to keep a portable BP machine at home so you can check your BP when you feel dizzy, and take a book and mark your BP with the time and date of the readings. During fasting you'll be more tired than usual as you're not getting the right amount of nutrients. Next time you see a systole or above reading below 100 you should have water mixed with some salt immediately. Kindly do remember that low pressure(hypotension) is more fatal than high blood pressure(hypertension). I would advise you to meet the cardiologist and find the underlying cause and check your cardiac status
