Hi , I am non-diabetic , I suddenly start feeling cold hands, blurred vision and breathlessness with chest tightness. After having food my blood sugar is 85. Lft ,ESR,crp,cbc , thyroid all test are normal

Your symptoms are itself suggestive of severe hypoglycemia. Do check your sugars on glucometer Need detailed evaluation to know the root cause of hypoglycemia

Blood sugar you tested is normal Kindly check random blood sugar with glucometer, Blood pressure, pulse rate during Your symptoms and consult Need still more detailed history and examination... if low sugar breathlessness and chest tightness may not happen
