Low back , hip and leg pain
I am suffering with neck, low back ,hip, leg pain from two yrs. My current 25 hydroxy is 39, uric acid 8.2, no any other lab test problem. Use some medication like zerodol p, voveron sr 150, zerodol sp, but no significant relief. Plz advised me
This is not due to vitamin deficiency bit due to disc prolapse. Needs evaluation.but start with posture care, back exercises and walk daily.
