Low amh 0.18 , on fertility medication

As my amh is 0.18. my gynac has suggested some medications pregabiome - 2 times,  fol123 , ovares plus , Embryaplant sachet once at night. It's been a week since I have been taking these medicines. But I'm now 2 days late for my periods. This has never happened before. I'm getting cramps but no period. Please suggest
