Sir, We should not deny that with ageing which has a process of degeneration, where body and it's parts move towards slowering down of processes; we cannot do anything to save something that is lost. And we can certainly preserve something that is still in hand.
It would have been good if the reason behind spine compression fracture was known. Be it osteoporosis, it takes long time to heal. Anyhow, we can prevent future fractures and surely preserve what's not lost. Keep taking physiotherapy.
