Your problem loss of cervical lardosis is associated with scoliotic changes in lumbar spine. You should do posture correction exercises with proper guidance. You should do back and neck stretching and strengthening exercises.
Next Steps
You need to consult a Physiotherapist in person for further evaluation and treatment.

Good day. Since you mentioned you have loss of cervical lordosis, this must have been confirmed on an xray or someone must hav palpated it. It points out to muscle spasm of mainly the neck muscles inclusive of the trapezius and levators. Hot water pack will help in some way to bring down the spasm. Also electrotherapeutic modalities will accelerate the spasm to be brought down. Once the spasm is better, pain will reduce which in turn gives the green signal for exercises. Isometric neck exercises are good ones to start with.
