Loss of appetite and stomach pain

My son who is 3.2 years old, is having loss of appetite since last friday. He is not active. Vomited on Friday and Sunday. On Monday and today was ok till evening, but again same symptoms in the evening. We have given Zincogut solution and Unobiotics sachet once each day, 2 doses.

Start following med also- Tab Lanzol Jr (30 mg) - 1 tab daily empty stomach- early morning Syp emeset (5ml/2mg) - 5 ml three times a day for vomiting
