I would like to know what all things have to be kept in mind for first time sex, ( I am a virgin and so is my would be husband) and we're both in kind of anxiety regarding this. Kindly also let us know about safe sex practices to as to prevent any infections or mishaps and contraceptives as we don't want a baby for the next couple of years. Thank you.

Hi, happy to see premarital sexual counselling queries, which is not common now a days. Both of you must be relax, don’t set any target in mind about sexual timing/satisfaction. You must stay relax, to face some degree of discomfort or pain, but that should not be unbearable . If both of one of of you will be uncomfortable due to any reason then take your time , as in many cases it may take few days as well for successful penetration. For hygiene both of you must wash private parts before and after sexual intercourse . Safest contraceptive method is use of condom. With proper counselling you can do safe sex even without protection as well on at least 10-12 days of every period cycle but for that you need to consult personally (either online or offline ). Best wishes for your happy married life ahead.
