My baby is 2 months and 5 days old. She is fully formala fed from birth.she used to pass stool only once in a day starting with green and ending it with yellow and it will be solid always. Today she is pooping immediately after every feed. Its watery yellow in color and contains seed like substance as well. (she usually has that seed substance in every poop) . I'm much worried. I used to give her bonnisan once in a day daily. Yesterday I gave her twice morning and evening. Is that the reason? What should I do next? Is that normal? Pls help..
