Hello Doctors, I have been having loose stools for more than a week due to food poisoning. I have also lost 3 kilos in a week. I have been taking antibiotics OLOX-OZ and DRORIN-DS from past 3 days and I'm still having loose stools. Can you please advise what the issue is? I have been having small bland meals from 3 days. I had unprotected sex last month and I'm worried if this is HIV or something. I took HIV antibodies test and the report came out negative. Attached is the report. I do not have any other symptoms as of now other than loose stools and tiredness from a week. Please advise.
