Loose stool since 4 weeks frequency is 3 to 4 times a day. No abdomen pain, mucus in stool observed. Can anyone suggest the reason.

Hi We need more clarity on the event. Anyway 4 weeks is a pretty long time for a infection to go on. Hope you have shown a doctor nearby. Don't self medicate.
