Hello Doctor, I have taken 3 O2 tablets but still it is not working. I have taken 2 sachets of ORS also.

Hi thanks for the query.. First correct the water loss by proper hydration.. Take oral fluids adequately. Our body is designed in such a way that if there is some infection in gut , it pushes out by diarrheal episodes.. that a compensatory mechanism  of body. Don't take any OTC drugs like loperamide unless prescribed to stop diarrhea episode.
Next Steps
Take serum electrolytes , CBP, stool for occult blood & culture ( only if there's a bloody stool or recurrent diarrhea)
Health Tips
take zinc syrups to minimize episodes. NOTE : Not to take any medication  ,if there is fever with diarrhea. consult a Doctor                                                                    Regards                                                           Dr. suresh Kumar.
