My son three months has suffering with loose motions pls suggest me which drops I need to use..he is under mixed feeding..

Firstly,try to avoid top feeds,but if forced to do so,use a katori and spoon to give top milk feeds. Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician urgently.
