My son aged 8 years old has been suffering from loose motion with stomach pain. Please suggest medication

This is called gastroenteritis. Caused due to food or water infection

give him zinc 20mg tablets half twice daily, probiotic tablets like sporlac

Give probiotic sachets and ORS.... Need some more history.... Give cyclopam tab. Half sos for stomach pain
