Loose motions after food intake

Hi,I am a lactating mother to a 6 month old baby. I have been having loose motions for the past 10 days. This doesn't happen throughout the day, however whenever I eat within a few min I have sudden onset of stomach pain and then I have to rush to pass motion. I don't have any other symptoms and don't feel tired or dehydrated as well. I consulted the doctor and so far took the below meds Taxim 200, sporlac : 4 days Bifilac and Pan 40 : 2 days Eldoper: 2 tabs Symptoms have not improved.Pls suggest what needs to be done
