Loose motion with mucus, 3.5 month kid

Please help , my child is suffering from loose motion and there is lot of mucus in it.she is exclusivly on breast feed and poops once in a day but she didn't poop since 5 days and then pooped but with loose motions. It's 2nd day and her condition has not improved. Please suggest remedy

If motions are very loose and watery,what you need to do is give feeds at regular intervals,maintain hygiene,and add Enterogermina vial,1/2 vial twice a day for 5 days. If not improving,consult your paediatrician.
