Loose motion to 5 month old baby

My 5 month old baby has loose motion since last 2-3 days. We give enterogermina, neopeptine, and rantop, however, she is still has loose motion 2-3 times a day. I am worried, will you please suggest something so that she get well soon.

Hello. The frequency of stools that you suggest are normal. Please refrain from all medications.

Kindly stop all drugs and be cool breast fed baby minimum 8 times a day and if he passes stool 10 to 14 times till then no worry if no fever no vommitting is there

Is she a breastfed baby? What makes you call it loose motions? Are they foul smelling?

Loose motions can at times take upto a week or 2 to sertle completely..  If ur child is not dehydrated..  Replenish the water loss by giving Ors..

keep checking for signs of dehydration like sunken eyeballs or reduced urination
