Suffering from loose motion last 2 days, What is the correct dosage of powergyl suspension for me or should I take anything else

Have plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc. Powergyl dose varies from 500 mg twice to thrice daily ACCORDING to requirement. Other medicines ACCORDING to Diagnosis
