Stool comes like water from 2 days ,urine not coming ,I am keep drinking water and water goes out immediately ,kindly advise

Diarrhoea leads to dehydration which results in decreased urine output you have to have a lot of lot of water along with its salt and sugar have coconut water lime juice etc. Antibiotics and other medicines may be needed according to your symptoms
