My daughter who is nearly 5yrs has loose motion for nearly 2 days now. She had loose stools nearly 6 to 7 times yesterday and today too and sometimes complains of stomach discomfort. No fever or tiredness. Any medicines to be given?

See for any signs of dehydration , if so start ORS with frequent fluids If vomiting give domstal 3.5 ml stat & repeat if required

Syp. Colicaid 3.5ml 3 times a day for 2 days. Syp. Rinifol 2.5ml 2 times a day for 5 days. If no improvement, please consult the doctor
