Dear sir My son has a severe loose motion yesterday nite and I have given metrogyl Ip 400 one tablet around 3. 30 am in the morning today . Now he is ok , as some body told me that it is antibiotic and has to continue for 3 day or shall I stop the medicine

Most loose motions are self limiting. Just give ors after every loose motion if watery and add curds and Banana in the diet. You may give capsule vizylac twice a day for 3-5 days.
