My son 4 month old .he have loose motion in 2 days.he feeding simyl mct powder only. Loose motion green color .pls resalt fast

Maintain regularity in feeds,i.e a gap of atleast 3 hours,maintain strict hygiene in preparation and giving feeds,ideally use a spoon and katori. For now,add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
