I have been experiencing loose motion and sometimes vomiting from last 2 days and also not able to eat

I think your acute problems are GI upset . You may take the given  medicine. 1) Nux vomica- 200 2) Ipecuanha- 200.     In no 30 globules. To be taken  4 globules  every 2 hourely alternate.
