Hii doctor, my cousin is 6 mnth old suffering from. Loose motion since one week.. She taken medicines frm govt doctor.. She been better for 2-3days but after that again same complaint... Whatever she been feeded.. Motion start.. Suggest plan of treatment.

Start Syrup Zinc ( Zn-20) 5 ml once a day for 2 weeks
