Loose motion from past 4weeks

Hi. My 7month old baby is suffering from loose motion from past 4weeks. We have consulted doctors gave him Z and D, lactise enzime all kind of medication as per doctors prescription also did a stool routine test with reducing sugar and oocult blood, Dr says reports seems to be good and to wait. It's been 4weeks with no progress. Please help

Superflora GG once perday x 5 days,, Syp Rcifax 3ml 8 hourly x 5 days,, Syp Flagyl 3ml twice perday x 5 days ,, should improve in 5 days otherwise consult here ,, Nusobe casein milk to add

Please define loose motions according to you and try and stop all the milk products then see we need to ask more questions weather the weight of the baby has reduced in last 4 weeks please consult
