Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,if doing so. Give 2 milk feeds using a glass and 3-4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Use ors after every loose motion if watery and add syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 3 days. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
