Loose motion for 6 years old

My son is 6.2 years old and weight 18. 5kg .he is taking Advent 457 mg antibiotic for his throat infection. From last 3 days he is taking this. Today he got little loose motion {2 times till now } and stomach pain. Is it antibiotic affect? Is it require any medication?

Yes due to augmentin Throat infection is majorly viral only so avoid unnecessary medicines. Now once started do complete the 5 day course. Polypharmacy leads to such problems
