I am having vomiting and loose motion since yesterday morning. I m having only fruits now.... I had ors twice and loose motion and vomitting tablet from local medical shop... After having that, I had good sleep yesterday night.It again started today morning. Loose motion was very watery. Since morning I had buttermilk and vomitted that as well. So having fruits now. Kindly suggest me some tablets...
