Loose motion and stomach pain

My son is having loose motions since 5days doctor ran a stool routine and found 1 or 2 pus cells rest was negative he is taking taximo 2 times entrogermina 2 times and zinconia once day before yesterday he didn't pass stool so I thought he is getting well but yesterday again he is having watery stools and stomach pain before passing motion kindly suggest
