Having loose motion after eating and 2 days before was having stomach ache. Felt like vomiting but only watery saliva came out and noting else.

You have gastroenteritis. 1.Drink plenty of water with ORS ( will prevent dehydration) 2. Tab pantop D-sr twice in a day for 5 days ( will reduce nausia and vomiting) 3. Tab Metronidazole 400 mg three times in a day for 3 days.( Antibiotic) 4. Tab cyclopam twice in a day for 3 days ( to treat the pain) 5. Tab  loperamide 2 mg  3 times in a day for 3 days( Antidiarrheal drug it will reduce the frequency)
