My son is suffering from loose motions from last 10 days. Have given a lots of medicines but no improvement . he is not able to digest anything.

Kindly mention age of child. Does he have watery stools ? Are they foul smelling ? Are they bloody? What's  the frequency of stools ? Is he passing dark coloured urine or very little urine? How is his oral intake ?

ORS and Zinc Soft diet(curd rice) Avoid milk. Deworming Stool routine and microscopy USG Abdomen
