In 2020, unplanned intercourse led to conception, but the pregnancy ended with a period within a month. In August 2021, after a missed period, a pregnancy was confirmed in October, but subsequent ultrasound showed no heartbeat, resulting in an abortion recommendation. June and august took letrozole 2.5mg from day 3 to day 7 of her cycle, She's managing UCTD with medications: Saaz ds at night, Wysolene 5mg in the morning, and Shelcal CT at night.  suggestion to conceive again? What should we use?
