Look like purple in Anus
Hi Dr. I noticed this bump on my ANUS2 days ago and yesterday. It was a little more purple today. It is a little more normal. I am very scared every time. I look at it. When will it go? Can you tell me what it is. I am very scared. It is a little pointy to Touch by my finger, and when I remove the picture, it looks like this. I am very scared. Please help mewhat it is. Please give me diagnosis and what I can do. I have Health anxiety and I feel like dying, is it cancer?

This appears most consistent with a small external haemorrhoid/thrombosed external pile. The purple colour can occur due to a small clot inside the swollen vein. Based on the history of sudden appearance over 1–2 days, this does not look suggestive of cancer.
No need to panic. These commonly improve with conservative treatment over days to a couple of weeks.
Advice:
* Avoid constipation and straining
* Take plenty of fluids and high-fibre diet
* Warm sitz bath 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily
* Tab Daflon 500 BD for 10 days
*Crema Gel L locally
Please seek physical examination if:
* severe or increasing pain
* bleeding
* pus/discharge or fever
* rapid increase in size
* persistent swelling not improving over 2–3 weeks
At present, it appears benign and manageable conservatively.

Next Steps
Use laxatives whenever constipated.
Use hemolit ointment per ano.
Regular sitz bath with lukewarm water. This is mandatory.
High fibre diet.
Plenty of fluids.

Avoid straining during defecation.
Restrict mutton, spicy food consumption.
Stress and anxiety will also aggravate the issue.
Get it examined by a general surgeon, if still anxious.

It looks like thrombosed hemorrhoids. Nothing to worry about. Requires medicines. Take
Tab. Oflox Oz twice a day (after meals) ×5 days.
Tab. Nexpro 40 mg twice a day( before meals) × 5 days.
Tab. Enzoflam twice a day (after meals) for 5 days
Sitz bath-- twice a day for 7 days ( sit in tub of warm water for 10 minutes) --> do this twice or thrice a day.
Apply Ointment Anovate ointment twice a day for 7 days.
Next Steps
Dont strain while passing motions. Take high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. and increase water intake.
Health Tips
If pain increases in intensity, or swelling increases or you experience fever, Consult nearest General Surgeon. Though rare, thrombosed hemorrhoids can get infected and may require surgery.
