Long standing Acne

I have a long standing acne n zits but it goes and comes back again and again.. i really need help as the marks don't go now.. acnes keep coming back even if I use meds like adapelene gel, tretioin 0.25%, ridacne face wash, scalp treatment, and episoft ac and suncote sunscreen. I hv taken zitcare tabs for 3 months s well. Himalaya neem tablets too.. nothing seems to dissipate the issue.. I fell hopeless and underconfident as I don't like using makeup much and i face lots of questions due to the marks.. please please help.

It can be improved...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
