Long menstrual cycle after vaccine

I have taken my first 1st jab of covishield on May 28th. My period started with spotting on 4th and then on May 8th it was heavy the cycle was for 3 weeks with 2 week spotting. Now from past two days the bleeding is more. I am worried and I am not understanding what could be the reason. Could any one advise what to be done? Thank you

Get evaluated for irregular bleeding, maybe due to hormonal problem Vaccine won't cause this type of bleeding pattern Also get a urine pregnancy test done if chance
