Long lasting fever

My 9mobths old son has fever since last 10 days. we have already consulted with 2 doctors and medicines are continuing. However still no progress. His head and stomach has high temperature. It reduces once we give paracetamol and increasing again within hours. Is this allergetic problem. Please advise
