It's a finding on ultrasound that tells us that you are developing cirrhosis, which means hardening of liver. Do get yourself checked.

Stop alcohol if you consume. If you are obese you need to loose weight.

Liver irregularity means liver is getting hard, that is cirrhosis. This is not a good sign. If not addressed at proper time it can further damage liver permanatly and can be risky to life. You need a thorough in person evaluation by hepatologist
