I recently had body checkup. My SGOT is 108 and SGPT is 260. Kindly recommend what should be my next step and how far it's dangerous for my liver.

SGOT and SGPT are your liver enzymes and in this case is elevated. Normal is below 40. Dont worry. There are many reasons for them to get elevated. Dont jump into any conclusions.
