Hi I checked you are taking medication for diabetes . How did you know your liver is enlarged was it detected on the ultrasound? If there fatty liver it could lead to slightly enlarged size and mildly deranged liver test parameters. Fatty liver is commonly associated with diabetes it’s pet of a syndrome called metabolic syndrome which includes diabetes or prediabetes , deranged lipid profile, deranged inflammatory markers, deranged thyroid function test, fatty liver, weight gain, increased waist hip ratio, hormonal imbalances. For now focus on your diet ensure it doesn’t contain trans fat which is found in processed food, reduced saturated fats which is usually found in red meat , increase poly unsaturated fats found in walnuts, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame oil, safflower oil. Reduced refined sugars you can eat food rich in intrinsic sugars like fruits. For further queries you can contact me on: http://drabhishtita.carefit.in/

Please consult a dietician for weight loss diet. You have to devotedly follow the dietician plan. Secondly you have to change your lifestyle, by inculcating the habit to brisk walking daily atleast half an hour a day. You need to reduce at least 10% of your current weight. If taking alcohol, you need to stop in absolutely.
