Hello My Sgot 79 sgpt 82. Feel heaviness in stomach. Redness in upper part of mouth with little sore with no pain. I think its mouth ulcer nd i also quit. Smoking frm last past 2 mnths. Plz suggest Suffering frm external piles with no bleeding Please suggest a proper treatment
