Liver problem

Sgot & sgpt level has shot up to 800. Last month it was 100. Nausea, vomiting, difficulty in passing stool. Sometimes bleeding through nose. Tested negative for triple h test - hepatitis a, b & c. Negative for Hiv. Nothing in radioisotope liver test & ultrasound. No fatty liver. Other test are normal. Only sgot is high

You need to do usg for liver and serum bukirubin

Hello,you have done all test which came negative and still you have elevated liver enzymes . Check platelet count for thrombocytopenia.You are left with one investigation ,liver biopsy- A liver biopsy also is commonly performed to help diagnose and stage certain liver diseases, including: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, Autoimmune hepatitis,Alcoholic liver disease,Primary biliary cirrhosis,Primary sclerosing cholangitis,Hemochromatosis,Wilson's disease.
