Liver Lesions

Two small well defined T2 and STIR hypeintense lesions showing mild restrictions on DWI noted in subcapsular location with extension into the liver parenchyma noted,one in segment VIII measuring about 2.6*2.3 cm and another in segment VI measuring about 1.8*1 cm. Mild T2 and hyperintense edema noted surrounding the lesions in liver parnchyma. Was on a week medication on ornidazole and dompan sr for a week. However pain like holding/ cramping/spasm on the right side of abdomen when taking deep breath, mild or no pain in normal breath. Please suggest ....Doctor stating no infection left. Later gave Xykaa BD 1000 mg,Dompan Etiprin-p currently for 15 days. Lot of burping, never there previoulsy. Please suggest. Very recetly recovered from LYMPHNODE TB IN STOMACH.Completed the tb drug course for 1 year in Dec 2021. After that detected with H-phylori in month of feb2022-Completed pantop + ornidazole course for 2 weeks and now these liver lesions please suggest future actions or tests. thank

Your symptomatology and MRI findings may be suggestive of liver abscess/ inflammatory lesion. Need a detailed symptomatology history ,physical examination and images to opine. H. pylori regimen must be religiously followed for dyspepsia to settle. I would suggest a video-consultation /personal physical examination & consult along with MRI film CD.
