dear friend can you share your ultrasound and other reports, for us to have a look, secondly try drinking a lots of water, get a CBC and semen examination and culture done to rule out prostatitis, urine culture to rule out a uti or cystitis, fatty liver is not main issue here other issues take precedence, also describe your pain abdomen in a bit more detail to help us get a clearer picture for me to be of any useful help
