Liver Issue

I've high SGPT 187 U/L & SGOT 77 U/L with Direct Bilirubin .35 mg/dl, Total Bilirubin 1.08 mg/dl, Albumin 5.03 g/dl. The readings are continuously high from past 4 months.  HCV, HBsAG antibodies & HIV l/ll(Elisa): Negative. CT scan Liver- Normal in size, shape & diffusely decreased attenuation. Liver enhancement is normal. Intrahepatic biliary radicals are not dilated. III defined areas of fat sparing is seen in left lower lobe. Impression- diffused hepatic steatosis. Spleen: Is borderline small in size (12.2 cm) with normal attenuation & enhancement. No focal lesion is seen. Impression- Borderline splenomegaly. Ultrasound Liver: Borderline enlarged in size -15 cm with increased echogenicity. Impression- Borderline Hematology with fatty liver grade III Other complications: 1. Recently diagnosed with Lichen Planus in skin, nails & oral after Covid-19 recovery 2 months ago 2. IBS from past 5 years 3. Reoccurring calculi in Rt Kidney ( PCNL procedure 20 days ago for 10X12 mm stone
