Persistent blood in stool, weight loss of 3kg, having vertigo since 2 weeks, serious migraine, extreme tinnitus, multiple hyperechoic lesions in the liver measuring 20-40mm, decreased kidney size and para pelvic cysts were noted in liver. Persistent stomach pain also. In unltrasound, metastasis was suggested. Could it be serious ?? What should we do?? What could these symptoms suggest?
