Hi good morning doctors. I have little white spots on my throat like this. Also i have throat irritation on 5 days right now. No pain. Can you please help me to figure out this?

Usually this stage reach with severe pain and fever.You don't have these.Direct examination is needed.If is it pus then throat C/S and haemogram is needed.
